The Aseptic Cabins are the natural evolution of the UltraCleans, and are constructed on the same basic principles. They are used for bottling various products: milk, soft drinks, isotonic drinks.
They are equipped with sophisticated ventilation and aspiration system that allow for differentiated pressures to be maintained, according to the various processes of the bottling line: sanitisation, rinsing, filling, sealing. Special attention is also given to the operator, who must avoid contaminating the product during the process and who must in turn be protected against contamination by the sanitizing products used in the bottling cycle.
Parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and cleanliness are constantly monitored and maintained, also by remote control. Constructed according to the bottling process specifications, the Aseptic Cabins give maximum protection from air-borne contaminants to guarantee the quality of the drinks.
