• Start the vacuum pump and adjust the vacuum level at 50  kpa while vacuum cock (4) is closed.

• Attach tube (12) from vacuum cock to adopter on bucket lid (8) and open cock.

• Clean the animal teats (A above) and hand strip the initial milk (B above)

• Holding claw in one hand, make sure the teat a cup and shell drops (Bend) over the claw nipples.

• Open the Claw valve on bottom of claw.

• Try to complete above steps in quick manner so that milking vacuum is not lost.

• When animal is finishing milking, cab be seen through the transparent part of cluster (9) close the claw valve (13)

• The empty the bucket, first close the vacuum cock, then open the claw valve to release bucket vacuum

Washing Procedure

• Use the wash unit (6) for automatically cleaning (upto 4 Cluster unit) of milk tube claw and liner simultaneously.
