The
various components in the compact unit are built into a stable
base frame and inter-connected. A homogenizer and separator
can also be added to this line. A separator can be integrated
from an hourly output of 1,200 I onwards.
Normally, electricity is used for capacities up to
2,000 I/h; for higher outputs, steam is
used.
Due to the efficient energy recovery (approx.92 %),
energy consumption per 100 I milk is only 0.5 kW.
A pasteurization temperature up to 950C
can
be selected, depending on the end product. The holding time
can also be adjusted. |
