WebClima control units present unique solution to REMAK air-handling units control, which features using of modern technology, simple design, very easy and intuitive control with remote access via Internet and a number of user friendly functions. WebClima control system is the generation successor of well-proven and popular VCX control unit. However the from the original system only price remains. All else leap forward into future. Possibilities of the new system will seem like from sci-fi novels to some people.
Where does it lie in?
In that air-conditioning equipped with WebClima system becomes a computer server connected to company network and Internet. This server offers an extensity of services and functions, which are unthinkable for common systems in the same price range.
Logically you let in for more functions more complications. However contrary is the case. We declare that who can use an Internet browser can operate WebClima air-conditioning.
What is the basic difference?

WebClima control system is intended for any configuration of air-handling devices from simple after as much as complex air handling.

It is optimised for REMAK air-handling units and can be applied for all common applications. It enables error-free and complex regulation of temperature, humidity and fans output control by controllers (frequency changers) or double-speed motors.

Operating mode of the device can be permanent (manual) or controlled by program. The mode can be changed by one click only. For more details see chapter Programs and time-scales.
VCB - regulaceRegulation

Control unit ensures cascade regulation of room temperature, it is possible by means of up to four basic controllable sequences of heating + cooling + heat recovery + mixing. It is possible to use also the function of frost coil (pre-heater) or re-heating of air. Temperature can be controlled in three steps (temperature modes), which can be reset anytime.

In service and administrator settings there are all necessary regulation characteristics and parameters for regulation optimising in particular application. For example, except for common limiters of maximal and minimal temperature of supply air it is possible to put to use the temperature monitoring of reverse water from water heater.

Web interface provides thanks to its intuitiveness and modern design full comfort of control. Localization of communication language is a matter of course. The basic options include Czech, English and Russian. Adding another languages is not limited and will follow soon.

    In case of need or in places, where AHU cannot be connected to PC, which cannot be connected to Internet, local control by means of HMI control device can be used.

    The control unit is individually pre-configured in production for concrete air-handling device. The configuration can be optimised thanks to the structured control menu with control of access privileges. It is easy, intuitive and trouble-free process, which runs in the Internet browser environment and follows usual standards.

    Remote control by means of net or Internet connection allows you for unlimited access to the unit anytime and its full monitoring, control and setting. WebClima informs you about all modes and status changes and archives the records. It automatically alerts you about the errors by sending e-mail messages. Remote control from wherever allows you to optimise the operating modes whenever and in this way to control among others operation costs.

    BezpečnostProtective gear and signalling

    Protective gear: WebClima reliably ensures all protection of connected components and devices (e.g. electric motors, electric heaters, water heaters, frost coils, heat-recovery, etc.). Safe operation of main water heater is increased because of active anti-freeze protection and controlled tempering of water heater when starting up the device.

    Signalling: For maintenance orientation it is important that operation modes and errors are visualised directly in the web control interface. Failure alert via e-mail is an excellent function, which can be also easily used as SMS notification to a mobile phone. As a complement you can also use possible signalling of operating modes by means of LED on optional controller ORe1 or HMI control device.
    ProgramyPrograms and time-scales

    WebClima control system disposes of three time-schedules, which control the program operation of the air-handling unit. The everyday plan is the base. The weekly plan dispose of higher priority, the highest priority is set for the annual plan. It is possible to set time-scales in the sheets of control interface. Indication of the presently valid control mode ensures the easy orientation of menu operation.
    Abundant possibilities of program operation enable:

    • 8 alterations (intervals) in daily plan
    • 7 intervals in weekly plan
    • 6 intervals in annual plan

    In the each interval (point of alteration) it is possible to set operation and temperature regime, and also output for fans with output controllers or double-speed fans.

    If the air-handling device configuration is created within AeroCAD programme, then the exact selection of the required control is a matter of one minute. This process is fully automatic and error-free and it results into wide documentation and exact manufacturing specification of the control unit.
