The
requirement for use of air/air heat exchangers is that the ambient temperature
must be below the enclosure internal temperature. Dust and any aggressive
ambient air is unable to ingress the enclosure interior, thanks to the two
separate air circuits.
The air of the enclosure interior may also be cooled to below the level of the
external temperature by using air/water heat exchangers with a central recooling
system. Dust is unable to penetrate the enclosure. The waste heat from the
enclosure does not raise the temperature of the ambient air, provided the cold
water supply system is spatially separated. |
