VISCINOL is a viscous adhesive, which is applied to various types of filters, e.g. metal filters HL 12,5, so to increase the arrestance and dust holding capacity. Dependent on the application various types of VISCINOL are available,

HL 12,5 is a high capacity washable multi-layer expanded metal filter for heavy-duty operations. The labyrinth structure is suitable for dust removal at different air velocities, Applying a dirt-trap adhesive (VISCINOL) will increase the dust holding capacity and efficiency.

High capacity low resistance washable permanent metal filter. Several layers of aluminium or stainless steel wire media, supported by expanded metal screens are fixed in a sturdy U-profile frame made of the same material. Ideal filter for heavy duty applications, e.g. oil mist separation.
